1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Lixus Flow platform ("Service"), operated by Lixus.id ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Lixus Flow is a platform that connects content creators and influencers ("Creators") with brands and agencies ("Brands") to facilitate marketing campaigns ("Campaigns"). Creators can join brand communities, participate in Campaigns, and receive compensation for creating and distributing content ("Content") on their social media accounts (e.g., Instagram, TikTok).

3. Creator Accounts & Obligations

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information, including for payment purposes.
  • When participating in a Campaign, you agree to follow the campaign brief, meet deadlines, and adhere to all content guidelines.
  • You agree to comply with all applicable laws and advertising standards, including clearly and conspicuously disclosing your relationship with the Brand in your Content (e.g., using #Ad, #Sponsored, or other required disclosures).

4. Content Ownership and Licensing

You, the Creator, retain full ownership of the Content you create. However, by submitting Content for a Campaign, you grant:

  • To the **Brand** partner for that Campaign, a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display the Content for their marketing and promotional purposes on their owned digital channels.
  • To the **Company** (Lixus Flow), a worldwide, royalty-free license to use the Content for the purpose of operating the Service, for platform marketing, and for reporting to the Brand.

5. Social Media Platform Connection

To use the Service, you must authorize Lixus Flow to access your social media accounts (e.g., Instagram, TikTok) via their official APIs. You understand that by doing so, you are also subject to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policies of those respective platforms. We are not responsible for the practices of these third-party platforms.

6. Payments

Compensation for Campaigns will be specified in each campaign brief. Payments will be processed by Lixus Flow after your Content has been approved by the Brand and posted according to the campaign rules. You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your compensation.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before any new terms take effect. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
